For more than a decade, Thomas has been sourcing impeccable vintage glassware from around Europe, bringing timeless sophistication and glamour to modern cocktails.

SMOKE ON THE WATER

INGREDIENTS 

60ml Ovant Royal
60ml Lapsang Souchong Tea
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Ginger Syrup


GARNISH

Flamed orange zest


GLASSWARE & TOOLS

Coupe
Mixing Glass
Barspoon
Hawthorne Strainer


TECHNIQUE

Brew 200ml of Lapsang Souchong tea and allow the brew to cool.
Pour Ovant Royal, 60ml Lapsang Souchong tea, lemon juice, and ginger syrup into a mixing glass.
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for 5 seconds.
Strain contents of mixing glass into a coupe glass.
Flame the orange zest and garnish.
